THE BRIEF

Nick from Farmo approached us following the completion of a recent rebrand by Social Fixation. With a new identity system in place, he needed a website that fully reflected the updated brand. Visually, strategically, and structurally.

Originally built as monitoring solutions designed for farmers and agricultural operations, Farmo was evolving. The business was expanding beyond agtech and repositioning itself as a broader smart IoT monitoring solution across multiple industries.

Our role was to align their digital presence with this next stage of growth, supporting their go-to-market strategy and preparing the brand for expansion into new markets.

The Challenge

Farmo’s previous website was built around its agricultural roots. While this foundation had served the business well, it no longer reflected the scale or ambition of the brand’s new direction.

The rebrand marked a significant shift, but the digital experience hadn’t caught up.

Rebuilding the Digital Foundation

A new information architecture was required to simplify complex product information, support multiple use cases, and guide users clearly through the sales journey.

THE RESULT

We approached the project in strategic stages to align with Farmo’s go-to-market rollout.

Stage One: We refined the existing Shopify theme to align with the new brand identity system, ensuring immediate visual consistency while maintaining momentum.

Stage Two: We delivered a complete website overhaul: from information architecture and copywriting to backend Shopify optimisation and localisation strategy for new markets.

Today, we continue to support Farmo with ongoing website optimisation and marketing initiatives.
